Collins, CO. The team developed a special version of CocoBon Chocolatier’s signature Double Shot Latte truffle using Split Creek Farm’s goat dairy products. Judges at the national show awarded the truffle the highest points over all entries in the show. In separate categories, Split Creek Farm, LLC won three additional gold medals and was awarded first in four classes at the American Dairy Goat Association’s prestigious national cheese competition. Split Creek brought home more awards than any other competitor at the event. CocoBon Chocolatier is an artisan chocolatier creating gourmet chocolate confections in west Anderson County, SC. They currently offer five lines of fine chocolates and various specialty items through local retailers. Their products are available in downtown Anderson, SC at The Kitchen Emporium and Gifts, Genevieve’s Boutique, Hallmark Shops and the AnMed Gift Shops; in Anderson County, SC at Split Creek Farm Goat Dairy, LLC; in Pendleton, SC at The Village Shoppe and in Clemson, SC at Susan’s Hallmark. The Goat Dairy is a Grade A goat dairy and cheese plant located at Split Creek Farm in Anderson County, SC. Split Creek Farm is home to 400 goats and has won numerous gold medals in national competitions for their cheese, milk, and fudge in past competitions. They offer artisan goat cheeses, goat milk soap, goat milk fudge, gift baskets and folk art. |
