This is probably the most commonly asked question.
We take every possible precaution to ensure your order arrives in great condition. Orders are packed with ice packs and insulated with packing peanuts. Boxes are labeled “Perishable” and “Fragile”. We also do not ship on Friday (unless Saturday delivery is requested), and we sometimes avoid Thursday if shipping time is more than one day.
Although we do everything possible to make sure your order gets to you in perfect condition, we cannot make any guarantees. Please open your package immediately upon delivery to make sure everything is in good order. In the rare event that your order is damaged in some way, we will replace the product for free.
